Today, I proudly add a new category: porn.

Starting last Monday, I’ve been working for an internet porn company. I’m in the “html” department, which is responsible for preparing and posting new content. Basically I stick the photos together into a narrative, upload ‘em, write an episode description, and ensure that everything is working properly.

We do mostly “reality” sites with “amateur” models, meaning no big name porn stars. Just your average starlet that tried to make it in Hollywood and failed….I guess. I suppose a few perhaps maybe possibly intended to suck cocks on film for cash. But mostly they could be anyone fresh out of a Blind Date casting call. Maybe I’d rather have my porn be average– I can understand that. I’ve never really dug fake tits and storylines. The more “LA” a porn star gets, the less interested I am.

We deal with a lot of different themes. We’ve got MILFs, so-called housewives, teens (which means 18 to 19 years old), straight guys (who seem sorta gay on camera, what with all the cocksucking), bears (the hairy, fat type of gay dudes), “twinks” (not sure exactly what sort of gay niche that one’s all about) and so on. They all suck and fuck and bang and moan equally, from what I’ve seen.

I don’t wanna write a whole lot about it here or give specific references to sites so as to somehow piss off the powers that be. And that matters, especially since it’s been a great place to work so far. I get plenty of cool co-workers, free snacks, a paid lunch, a nice computer, great hours, great benefits and so on. In short, it feels like the closest thing to a “real” job that I’ve ever had. More than a few people are in bands– and good ones, from what I’ve heard so far. It’s a nice place to be. Hell, I even get paid weekly. Saved my weekend.

Employment is pretty cool.
