Wow. I just got off the phone with the recruiter… and the advertising agency job I’d stressed about all last week is MINE. Hell yes! I start Monday. Goodbye call center! Hello web design / troubleshooting / etc etc etc!

I had a quick interview for this position on Monday. The offices are in the Pearl District, downtown, and like most things down there– pretty posh. Everyone there seemed cool and easy-going, and the guy who interviewing me was wearing jeans. A very good sign! I still don’t know a whole lot about what I’ll be doing, apart from html, css and web graphic-related work. Apparently they’d been looking for someone “well-rounded”, and my video experience fit the bill.

So damn: I’m calling the temp agency and quitting, effective NOW. And then I’m going to the ocean with Lisa and the dog. Awesome, awesome, awesome!
